By far the worst experience anyone can have.
Booked an outstanding cab 2 days in advance for 9am.
Cab came at 1130am.
First if all I am paying a premium price compared to Uber or local drivers.
After speaking yo the customer service I have been told I am wrong and I should have not boarded the cab.
Disgusting way to treat customers and telling me a compensation of 500 will be proved for my 2.5 hours lost.
I will never again use makenytrip and ensure everyone who I know not use their waste of a company. Was this information helpful? |
