I am extremely unhappy at the poor service of MMT and plan to sue this company causing me mental harassment and inconvenience while travelling with my family and ruining our overseas trip to India.
I twice made booking recently for stay at hotel Radisson Blu Greater Noida
and both time it failed due to a technical glitch at their end initiating an automatic refund which I never requested. Not only this the deficiency in service by MMT caused me extreme harassment and inconvenience. They charged me both the time on my international credit card in full thus blocking the funds which I needed to use on my trip. I am now told that the refund can take up to 12 business days to show on my account . I will be contacting appropriate authorities in India to initiate an action against this company. They have zero customer support. PLEASE STAY AWAY USING THEM. Was this information helpful? |
