There was change of management in the hotel, there were no one to cater. Rooms were very dirty and untidy, bed sheets were torn and stained, dirty washrooms, mosquitos and cockroaches in the room. Unhygienic living conditio, our whole trip was spoiled as we had to book another hotel for rs. 5500/- and took 5-8 hours of our time. We are surprised how you have selected and recommended this hotel as 2 star. We are your regular customers and never faced any problem. Please refund our money i. E. Rs 5500/- as we want to be your customer in future. But it has been very disappointing and we are not asking for inconvenience charges and also not going to consumer forum considering your past services. Was this information helpful? | |
