I am from Mumbai and I booked hotel from makemy trip hotel name Spot on 41887 shyam palace, sarita vihar, New Delhi booking id NH2P[protected] from 1st July to 6th July 2019 and I paid all booking amount also. but they refuse to provide me aircondition room, TV, Wifi. I show my booking ticket then also he refuse then I call makemytrip customer care from today 12.30pm onwards but no reply. I Mumbai to Delhi for work but today I wast my time for hotel chakkar. Now I am not believing in hotel online makemy trip. I got bad experience. Now I request and try to help me to provide aircondition, TV and wifi room and my today I lost my day charges Rs.1000/- Thanks Bhaskar khamkar [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
