Mr. Kalra, thanks for giving me a great experience hats of to your supervisor Sonal who even don’t know weather my booking is refundable or not so I have to guide her but it is not an issue, thing is that she committed a voucher of 3000 to me as a compensation and I requested her to make it documented and send a mail, believe me I called her in the morning time and now it’s 8pm since I haven’t received a single mail so that I can assure that I will getting a voucher.
