[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — hotel bad /fake services

I did the hotel marina phuket patong booking via makemytrip after seeing their roof-top swimming pool and good services.. But when i reached there shockingly i found it was all fake and lie... Their pool is just 1.20 metre and width is too small for an adult to swim.. Secondly their breakfast had no staple indian items and when i asked for same j got flat and rude : it's all we can provide; answer...
Thirdly the popular spot such as patong beach and bangla road was atleast 20 min by walk from their location whereas in their website they stated that it's just 5min walk from their address.
I have filed the complaint but they r not responding at all

Got very bad service & when Im tryng to get help the executive is saying as u hv checkout we can't do anything
I'll never do business with you guys.
I can't complaint while I'm travelling with 2 kids ..bt response is sick

It's been 6 days and still they are not doing anything over my complaint
