I did a booking through MMT on 15th august 2022 i wanted to do it for 16th but it was a mistake it took the date as 16th
I rang them about it they said they will give a resolution but they called Zone by the Park no one answered the call i myself call them Zone by the park more than 20times no one answered the call now on the 16th morning MMT says that zone has denied to change date or refund
so why didn’t they inform me yesterday abouthr same or answered the call at the very first place completely pathetic and this is not what is expected from such a 5star hotel or neither from MMT Was this information helpful? |
