[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — hotel booking from make

This is with reference to cancelled booking ref no. Nh[protected] of m/s makemytrip. It was year end booking at udaipur hotel. Makemytrip got my ticket cancelled under medical sop and sought medical documents of my daughter, aadhar card of her and mine aadhar card six times. At all six times documents were provide to them.
It is quite painful that first makemytrip got cancelled booking two days prior under medical emergency with commitment of refund, then six multiple times medical documents were provided to them and then telling hotel is not refunding.
Why they have got cancelled my booking and then not refunding.

Please be advise that, waiver is subject to vendor's discretion and for waivers we do need to share medical docs along with relationship proofs and id proofs which has been done in your case too however it’s unfortunate that waiver was denied hence no refund is possible from our end.
