MakeMyTrip India — hotel booking in make my trip is not safe | |
I had booked a hotel through makemytrip.com at guwahati. The name of the hotel is oyo flagship 28562 hotel fortune, vide booking id: nh7p[protected]. The hotel manager cancelled the booking & sold my booked room to other party at high cost. I had contacted to the customer care of makemytrip.com & they assured me to refund the excess amount that i had incurred in guwahati & i had sent the tax invoice & my bank details to the makemytrip.com. Still now i have not got the refund. Makemytrip is totally fradulent nature. Was this information helpful? | |
