[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — hotel booking issue

Sir, i am booking the hotel and i entered check in date 23/12/2017 and it automatically changed to 24/12/2017 for check in and i noticed it after payment. Sir i contact to customer care but they didnt resolve it. As per makemytrip terms and condition i can modify date one day before check in and i used to change but does not work and when i ask to do change my check in date to the customer care executive they try but cannot as hotel room is not avilable for 23/12/2017 and at the time of entering details, i remembered it was 23 and then makemytrip automatically make it 24 because all rooms were sold out. I have to stay on 23/12/2017 night not tomorrow as makemytrip failed to do modification in date due to no avialability of rooms in hotel today i. E 23/12/2017 and they were refuse to refund my money.

In reference to your concern regarding wrong date booking, please be advised that, according to the technical booking logs the booking was made for the same date for which user has selected while making the booking. There was no tech error at our end. Also, our concern team has tried to help you with the changes but, unfortunately the rooms were not available. Later, booking was cancelled and with NIL refund as per hotel cancellation policy only. We thank you for writing to us.
