I have done a hotel booking from MMT for 7th April 2023 and I have two rooms booked for 4 adults and 3 kids.
But hotel owner denied my check in before I reached to hotel.
I had followed up multiple times from morning evening that day with MMT customer care but they said that your booking is confirmed don't worry.
And around at 8 PM i got a call from MMT team saying sorry we can't book hotel for you we are refunding your money and it was a horrific experience for me there was no internet and no hotel was taking bookings.
Now MMT customer representative Saikat said me to book and additional 10000 rs they will reimburse apart from booking
Now I have shared bills of 13000 and they reimburse half of it 6700 which is unfair to me please look into it and help Was this information helpful? |
