[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — hotel booking misleading

We booked hotel reservation with breakfast but now they are saying it wasn’t a part of package and we have to pay for it. It’s clearly their mobile app error why being a customer we should pay for MMT error. I gave them 3 days to rectify but they denied. I need justification for what they did. They are misleading their customer. I’v Attached all the proofs in support of my claim

They didn’t check anything and hiding their technical error. Their mobile app shows free breakfast but they say it was not included, how can it be possible when it clearly shows included
