MakeMyTrip India — hotel booking nh[protected] | |||
Had booked hotel for 23rd nov 2019 and had to change the date within 30 minutes to make it 22nd nov 2019 both through makemytrip application. Mmt has asked me to pay another rs7000+ for rescheduling the same hotel and now they are saying that due to policies they will not release the payment refund of booking nh[protected] which was preponed for date at same hotel to nh[protected] Below is message on mmt application: Your booking has been changed. Booking idnh[protected] reference pnr[protected] (Room 1), [protected] (Room 2) We did the reschedule from mmt application and paid now when we called mmt and mailed them they are saying that they will not release any refund due to policy as it was done by us. We want to have our refund back for the rescheduled booking as above. We had used their reschedule option from their application and didn't cancel and book a seperate.
