MakeMyTrip India — hotel booking not confirmed and demanding extra money | |||
I am writing this complaint to express my deepest regret towards makemytrip support and supervisor. They are as good as non-functional. Booking id: nh[protected]Attached voucher) My booking was confirmed and check-in was on 2 november 2019. Upon reaching the hotel they told us they haven't received any booking from mmt end. We called mmt support to get this resolved but instead of getting this solved after 5 hours mmt shared alternative property (Amor beach resort) voucher where we paid 6k more (Attached is hotel booking voucher) and the revised property was not equivalent to the previous booking. Hence, we paid twice for the hotel and went through the misery of requesting support from mmt. Revised voucher sent my mmt was only for 1 adult and hotel started demanding more money from us (Highlighted the same) Also, we booked activities from thrillophia on the same day but we couldn't able to effectively avail the services and would you please compensate for the same.
