[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — hotel bookings | |||||
Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for 4 adults and an infant in a 4 * hotel in haridwar from 27.12.'17 and received very bad rooms with poor condition of towels, bedsheets etc. No hot water which was a necessary during chilling cold weather. Renovation in the hotel apart from road conditions and dumping of materials during night time. Unable to close windows. A totally unacceptable. Earlier than this 2 rooms for 2 nights in puri faced a similar situation and were promised refund which didn't happen in more than last one year. Booked a 5* hotel advertised by make my trip in udupi samanvay boutique but after checking in for 3 nights found out from hotel was classified as 3*. Make my trip assurance is just a gimmick but in reality cheating. Was this information helpful? | |||||
