Dear MMT, I am Sandeep kaur, I did a booking today in Kasauli at Dev Villa hotel but I just wanted to cancel it due to not finding the location and due to heavy rain.However, I called 6 times to request your team to help me out or refund me back, Every time they put my call on hold then transfer my call and harass me for 3 hours. I haven’t even checked in hotel due to this bad experience with MMT people they are not helpful, non-cooperative and harrased me alot.As I am very old customer of yours and using it from last 5 years bt now onwards I will never ever use it and I will stop my links to use it because of bad experience otherwise please refund my money back.
