I had two flight bookings with PNR - LQBRQR & FKWRMD, these flights got cancelled due to the Pandemic on 1st of April and 9th of April.
I called Indigo the airline partner who initiated transfer of Rs. 12150/- on 6th of Nov for PNR - LQBRQR & another transfer was initiated for Rs. 12111/- on 09th Nov for PNR- FKWRMD.
In my MMT wallet the amount of Rs. 12150/- reflected as My Cash, on 11th Nov and I initiated transfer of the amount to my account on 12th, i have still not received it in my account.
Today i got a whatsapp from MMT that another amount has been refunded as My cash in my MMT account.
Why is it taking so long for MMT to refund my Money to me? MMT has to refund my money, it can't keep it for their business, there is no use harassing people, since people will go that extra mile but definitely take possession of ther hard earned money. Was this information helpful? |
