We have booked bus non ac from Bangalore to vijayawada and vijayawada to Bangalore on 5 th feb & 8 Feb.
The bus operator cancel the bus and says to me before one hour of pick up time. And changes a ac bus, because of this my wife got vomit many times. While coming back we booked non ac seater from vijayawada to Bangalore at 5.30 pm, the operator call us by 4.30 pm and he says the bus is break down, so we will give u bus by 9.30 pm. We agreed for that also but bus cme by 10.15 pm and it was again AC, my wife is totally struggled because if ac, these make my trip don't follow the customer, just taking booking in portal and collecting commission from the operator, if anything happens while coming or going. Who is the responsible for this. They suddenly change the bus, they change the timing, but make my trip does not think about the customer, they have taken insurance for the one bus but one more bus is coming for pick up, the timing is changed if anything happens to the customer this make my trip will support or help the people got affected. Im surely going to file case against this make my trip. I need a explanation from the company Was this information helpful? |
