MakeMyTrip India — I'm complaining about the poor service or irresponsible behavior of the bus conductor

I booked my ticket from Lucknow to Delhi via zingbus. Pathetic service and delay of 1 and half hours. The conductor did not pick my call on time. The boarding time of the bus was 10:48pm and it came at 12:05 am. I waited for the time on road. The conductor after reaching did not call me and was even leaving before picking me up. Really bad service. I did not expect it. Please make sure doesn't not happen again.
