MakeMyTrip India — I'm complaining about UPI transaction but not showing such record from makemytirp website & no customer care support

I made UPI transaction for booking flight of INR ~4169 and money got deducted but website did not proceed further neither showing any transaction record have checked with Bank and transaction was successful Since there is no Refund even after 2 days.
I am trying to get customer support from makemytrip but unable to contact as there is no such support available to discuss about my complaint.
