Ref: First booking made # NN[protected] booking was made in name of Samantha Yuvaraj for HYD-EWR-HYD| 17 May onward, 12 Jun return.Booking made by Radhika Iyengar (sister)
Above was cancelled on 14 May by Radhika Iyengar and a new booking asked to be made with onward date as 22 May but same return date, AND with explicit mention about the caller not being the passenger and to use the cancelled booking details.
The booking ref INI605B2S616413 was made by agent Naveen kumar mishra and the seat was blocked. Next day the payment was made by pax Samantha Yuvraj and booking confirmed. First Email recieved without pax name. Later when complaint was raised that the booking was incorrectly made in the name of the caller and not the earlier cancelled ticket passenger, the team said they would refund the amount. This simply has NOT HAPPENED. The pax trip was messed up, she lost on hotel bookings and was stranded in Hyd. Now the REFUND is delayed by more than a week saying they are verifying the call trace that happened with the agent who blocked the ticket... Was this information helpful? |
