MakeMyTrip India — Incorrect bus timing reported by MMT

Kindly be informed That I am absolutely and happy with MMT service.

I had booked two bus tickets of zingbus on 21 January 2022. The bus arrival timing was showing 10 PM in MMT app as well as the messages sent by MMT.

The bus left before I could make it to the bus stop as it was a 9 PM bus. On contacting zingbus, They said they cannot help us as the ticket was booked on MMT and it is an error on MMT end.

On contacting MMT, there was no response from your side.

Kindly show me the refund of full two tickets at the earliest.
