[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — incorrect cashback received

Mmt promised me on 13000 cashback on email, however the cashback received was only 8000. Customer care hotline doesn’t help as they just keep diverting my calls. Some of them acknowledge that i am eligible for 13000 basis the email evidence i have, while some of them say policy doesn’t say 8000. This policy was never shared with me till i paid my complete booking amount. The only thing shared with me was an email stating my eligibility as 13000. Please help.

I have cancelled my E- ticket on 15.10.2018 and as per mail I was told that My refund will be done in 3 days but refund is still pending . Details are as follows:
