MakeMyTrip India — incorrect room booking | |||
I had booked a hotel using makemytrip.com for my upcoming trip to bali. I had chosen one of the premium rooms (Called ocean room) for my stay but when i contacted the hotel for a casual verification, i was surprised to know that a lower grade room was booked in my name. The makemytrip voucher still has the premium room which also says pay at hotel. So, not only did i end paying early but i also paid a higher amount and what if i had not dropped an email to the hotel for a casual verification. Now my money is stuck (As booking was non-refundable) and i can't book another hotel due to a delay in resolution and the prices are already skyrocketing as dec is a peak season. Already 11 days have gone since i raised the issue with makemytrip. Was this information helpful? | |||

Hi trying to talk with customer care executive. No option is there to talk with executive. I want to reschedule my flight 4 times . Money was deducted but reschedule not happened.
