[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Incorrect transit flight time booked | |||
Hi, I have requested for a travel ticket to jakarta from chennai starting on 19May2016 and returning on 24May2016and have got it booked it through MMT (using online chat with user Ajeet Singh). The return flight at jakarta on 24May 2016 is at evening 20.30 reaching KUL at 23.30 the connecting flight date should be next date i.e. 25 May 2016 morning 06.30, however i find it on 24May2016 06.30 Departure Jakarta ( CGK ) Terminal 3 Tue, 24 May 2016, 20:30 hrs Arrival Kuala Lumpur ( KUL ) Tue, 24 May 2016, 23:30 hrs Departure Kuala Lumpur ( KUL ) Terminal 2 Tue, 24 May 2016, 06:30 hrs Arrival Chennai ( MAA ) Tue, 24 May 2016, 07:45 hrs Even after multiple reminder over mail to [protected]@makemytrip.com, there was no response till date. Reference ID[protected] has been assigned for my query. The call centre number was on hold more than 30 minutes, but no body attends the call. Was this information helpful? | |||
