[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — International holiday package | |||||
1. After taking first installment, the company stopped responding and mentally harassed us for getting the tickets 2. The company misinformed the pickup location at Phuket, leaving us stranded and at the mercy of strangers in a foreign country for more than an hour 3. Company informed that national park fees are paid off but we were asked to pay the same on the spot resulting in severe mental harassment as we did not have foreign currency in such huge amounts 4.No response to several mails written to then thus leaving us clueless in a foreign country 5. Misbehavior by customer representative and false claims saying that they have responded to mails whereas failing to show any mails form there side Was this information helpful? | |||||
