MakeMyTrip India — invoice for hotel booking not provided | |
I had made booking on makemytip.com in hotel udaipur. Booking id - nh[protected]. As it was my official trip, i had provided all the gst details of my company at time of booking As per refund policies for this booking, it was non-refundable in case of no show at hotel. Due to last minute changes in my schedule, i couldn't go to hotel. Now i have asked makemytrip to share a proper invoice mentioning all the gst details & tax amount as well. Currently the invoice copy which is available on website to download, in that gst amount is mentioned as 'zero'. I have raised the concern to makemytrip on 23 dec 2019 with reference number[protected] that i want proper invoice with gst details and detailed breakup of amount which i have paid. Post raising the concern makemytrip is offering below solutions:- 1. They are offering to refund me the gst amount. I have clearly told them that i have made a complete transaction on makemytrip either refund the complete amount or share the gst details. This was my official trip, i have submit the bills to my company for the reimbursement. 2. They have provided me invoice from hotel as well.in this invoice complete paid amount itself differ from the amount which i have paid. No use of the invoice. 3. On 24 dec 2019, i got call from makemytrip that issue has been raised to "customer delight" team & they will revert to me by 26 dec 2019. Till today 28 dec 2019, i have no update from customer delight team. On top of it, the reference ticket which is mentioned above - "[protected]" is closed by ms. Rupali from makemytrip today, although issue is not resolved. When i called the customer care, customer care don't have any idea about the closure. I am so surprised that after gst implementation till date makemytrip doesn't have system to provide proper invoice of the booking. (I have made payment to makemytrip) My simple concern is either provide me proper invoice with gst details, gst amount, bass fare of hotel, service fees, applied discount & net paid amount. Or Refund my complete booking amount. This concern i will be raising to "grievance redressal portal for gst" also so that gst council should know that makemytrip doesn't provide gst invoice.
