MakeMyTrip India — Bad Customer Service Technical Issues no follow ups
I booked ticket on 26Dec2015, using iOS app. The flight sector was Bangalore to Pune and date selected was 09Jan16. The flights which were listed were of 10Jan16. The Calendar bar shows 09Jan on the app. One doesn't know, until one books the ticket and gets the confirmation email of booking of wrong date. I logged the case straightaway and recorded the video when I realized that the iOS app has bug. Video was shared with MMT team, but they are not still registering the issue properly and thing that I selected the date as 10JAN. The app still has bug, no actions have been taken, Every time I call they say It will take 24 Hours for concerned team to get back. Even if I called after 48 hours, I had the same answer. NO updates sent to me during last 6 days. They don't care once the money is paid. WORSE issue resolution ever. Dear APMeen

MakeMyTrip India — IOS Application Shows wrong dates and enables to book flights on Wrong dates
