MakeMyTrip India — I've booked a hotel the money got debited but it wasn't booked

I've booked an hotel on make my trip and the money was debited but after the transaction was done it was showing any booked status I waited for a long time but there wasn't any change. Then I contacted all the customer care numbers I got my hands on the all india customer care, Gurgaon head office, delhi, I'm from Hyderabad so banjara hills, Kondapur, Dilsukhnagar but there was no response on the main toll free number the computer was asking me to press "1" for a query about existing booking but when I did it said there was no booking on this number and my call was disconnected. Please help me to get my money back or get the booking done to the specific hotel on which I used makemytrip for booking
