Message confirmation from makemytrip: Kumarakom hotel booking for lagoonbliss kerala houseboats double bedroom is confirmed. The check in date is on 23-dec-2017 and the check in time is 12:00. Here's your booking id - nh[protected]. You don't need to call the hotel to reconfirm this booking Paid rs. 28k/day — What i got 1. Property is different from the one booked 2. Single room provided as against 2 rooms 3. Room ambiance not as described/booked 4. Ac not working 5. Attendant not available 6. Pickup location is different 7. Drop location is not at any designated place. 8. Also there was no documentation of check-in and check-out provided, even after asking for the same After all the struggle i am ready for a compromise to be charged only for what has been provided. I have already waited for 1week now, after complaining and now i see makemytrip is cheating me by no response even thought i am calling them everyday Was this information helpful? | |||||
