[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — make my trip has cancelled my ticket without consent

I have booked a flight from mumbai to aizawl for 17th november and return flight on 20 nov.in both the flight tickets my surname appeared to be wrong. I have given government id proof to correct my surname. While making the amendment make my trip has cancelled 17th nov flight tickets by mistake. I have been chasing them since more than 15 days but there is no response from them. I have made all the other bookings including confirmed return flight. I want make my trip to provide me my original ticket. The have not provide any refund and i don't wish to get refund. I need my confirmed flight ticket from mumbai to aizawl.

Updated by Bhavin Parikh Team, it's been 2 weeks as I mentioned. I have a flight is next 4 days which is cancelled by mmt by mistake without my consent. As written earlier, I have made all the other booking for my trip. Could you provide me my original ticket by today. Give me call with resolution. Really Disappointed with the service.
