MakeMyTrip India — Make my trip India

I have booked bus tickit from shirdi to Nagpur for yesterday ..dated yesterday journey ..but i missed bus operators doesn't call me also Shirdi operator doesn't help me to find out or cathc the bus ..even he behave too rudh bcoz I haven't booked tickit from him and he told me you booked online so it's not my responsibility ..i inform this mattr to make my trip but they are not responding ..i want my money back ..their call are also not get connecting ..so i can't able to tlk with them too ..they marked my query resolved by not solving ...😅 ..plz help me
