[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — make my trip is not refunding the money

On 26th september 2017, i've made a hotel booking for rs2794 with a reference no: 178618. Money has been deducted but booking was not confirmed. Upon asking customer care they confirmed the payment and said booking is under pending, so a refund request has been initiated and money will be credited back in 7 working days. It's been more than 10 days and i haven't even gotten a confirmation or anything. I have complained regarding twice in the app (Which is great only way to initiate refund) but haven't heard back. There is no direct point of contact for these issues in customer care and upon contacting a member of the company through number found on internet i was rudely hang up on my face.
