I had traveled though package, and asking to pay for each and everything such as tax, heater charges etc. Response of customer care is worse. I had called up for the support they kept me on hold for more than a hour and disconnected. (Attached is the snap) I had asked for the bill after the travel for my lta claim, invoice is just a payment receipt, it had mentioned nothing on it.
