MakeMyTrip India — Make my trip not giving invoice. | |||||
I am a frequent traveller and out of 365 days in year travel almost 350 days. The biggest blunder of my life I did is to book a hotel thru make my trip. My booking I'd was NH[protected]. I have stayed in hotel from 21st to 24th may. On my repeated requests, and complaints at customer care, make my trip not sending copy of invoice on my registered I'd. I have called over 17times on customer care, even the supervisor told me day before that it will be sent in 3_4 hours and he will also arrange a confirmation call. Nothing as of now. Should I approach consumer court for the same or you will send the invoice copy on my ID??? And if yes, in how much time. I WILL NEVER OPT FOR MAKE MY TRIP SERVICES AND WILL TELL FELLIW COLLEUGES ALSO TO BAN /NOT TO USE ANY SERVICE OF YOUR COMPANY. Was this information helpful? | |||||
