Hello, kindly help me with the best way to reach a customer service executive. I tried booking a flight with MMT (Make My Trip) on August 18th, however, MMT failed to send me a confirmation email or confirm my flight ticket in time. Due to urgency I booked tickets directly with Air India. Upon reaching out to MMT about their technical issue with my flight booking, they charged my credit card two days after they were supposed to book my flight.
I asked MMT to cancel and refund since I had another booking with Air India, and they agreed to do it. It has been 3 months and I haven't heard back about the status of my refund.
Moreover, Air India informed me that MMT cancelled my tickets, MMT did not even have the decency to inform me about the cancellation. My account shows that MMT completed the trip and none of the customer representatives have responded about the cancelled trip or refund. There is no direct contact number to talk to a representative. They have been extremely unprofessional and have made this a harrowing experience for me. Make My Trip failed to book my tickets on time, cancelled my tickets without informing me about it, refused to respond about my refund status. They are stealing from me and conveniently avoiding the situation.
