Dear sir, I would like to share my views about my experience with your company's service with following points:- 1. I booked two rooms of shri shyam sheba ashram, vrindavan on saturday, 30th september 2017 through makemytrip mobile app for 1st october 2017 journey. 2. Booking was confirmed and i got sms as well as email also regarding the same. 3. We reached the destination on 1st october and we were told by the hotel staff that our booking was canceled and they informed about the same to makemytrip also. 4. No one from makemytrip took the pain to call me about the cancelation and when i called up they said that my phone was out of reach. 5. I never keep my phone on switch off mode and even if it was going out of reach, i'm available on email. No one bothered to send email also. 6. It is when i reached there and got to know that my booking is canceled, i called up makemytrip then they told me that they are sorry about the cancelation and my refund will be processed soon 7. First, i'm not concerned about refund now, i'm searching solutions for three problems, (1) if hotel canceled the booking at last moment then why you allowed this to happen?? (2) if hotel canceled the booking well on time, why you didn't inform me on time?? And (3) what about mental / physical inconvenience caused to me and to my family members?? 8. I'm expecting solid action from your side other than ' sorry ' After your successful ipo this wasn't expected from your company.
