MakeMyTrip India — MakeMyTrip India Failed booking but money charged from credit card | |||
I tried a domestic flight booking through the make my trip app on 14th March. Their app said transaction has been cancelled from bank side and didn't give any transaction number. The funny thing is there is no way of filing a complaint in the makemytrip site in such situations. The bank SMS said payment has been processed with (Ref is MAKEMYTR4771630 on 14-03-21 at 23:48:55). I made the payment with an alternate payment method, and now the payment has happened twice. Th booking ID is NF[protected]. I am posting this here in this site because there is no way I am able to communicate to makemytrip India on the app or the website regarding this. Chatting with their bot was a joke ( waste of my time). Please all be aware that there is no easy way of contacting make my trip when such a thing happens. I had been a satisfied customer of make my trip till date. Was this information helpful? | |||
