My parents have booked a train ticket from Pune to Bhopal from Humsafar express for the 26th of June via MMT, but cancelled the ticket on 22nd June'2022 (on the app). The refund was provided by IRCTC to MMT on 23rd June, also received an email from IRCTC that the refund has been provided to the agent. It is 11th of July Today, more than 15 days have passed, Still haven't received refund from MMT. I tried to contact their customer service, but there is no way to connect them regarding refunds and all they do is redirect me to their app. Then I Emailed the customer support, no acknowledgment or reply has been received. then I visited Makemytrip office in Bhopal, they have no idea about anything.
