This is in regards to the booking id - nn[protected] Makemytrip has failed to cancel my ticket with airline on time and passenger is denied boarding because of this technical delay. Mmt staff has accepted the delay but still my money is not refunded. Only reply is received from management: Greetings from makemytrip. This is in regards to the booking ID - NN[protected]. Please be informed that as you had already utilised your on-ward sector and as per the ticket policy, ticket is non refundable after departure. Also, as per the validations, we found that the price of the used ticket was more than complete ticket cost. Hence, we regret to inform that no refund will be applicable in this case.
