Dear Sir / Madam,

Please note that I have booked one ticket from Rome FCO to Delhi on 21st May through makemytrip ( for the flight of Kuwait airline with booking reference number NN[protected] & paid Rs. 23, 404.00 by our credit card ). As I have not used this ticket on Medical ground. I also informed last week to your toll free number & then I received one phone call also from Mr. Tanvir from your Kolkata office & he promised me that he will talk to their management & return the amount.

So you are requested to kindly look into this matter & refund the amount ASAP.
