MakeMyTrip India — Misinformation on app leads to lost money of booking

Dear MakeMyTrip.

Greetings!

This is reference to my booking NN7YX563K179JIF06082, as well complain number :[protected]

Airfrance has not allowed Gautam Singh to travel and asked for transit visa.

Now check your MakeMyTrip app, there is no such information about transit visa on Air France rather it’s mentioned for all other flights were transit visa is required. But for Airfrance is open.

When I called customer care they refused to accept this fact.

While on app it’s totally misguiding and you must refund the ticket.

Expecting full refund on the same.

Updated by Ashu198814 Make my trip is one who registered The Air France on their site, so when Air France travel doc says no visa required for India, make my trip must take responsibility when they are not allowing to fly .

Rather they are saying we are not responsible for anything
