[Resolved]  MakeMyTrip India — Misrepresentation of flight details and no full refund

Respected forum please note that the matter has not been resolved. You can please check the call records & email conversation that I have asked for full refund and make my trip personnel have accepted that they have made a misrepresentation but still they have deducted al the penalty and make my trip charges and credited my credit card account with INR 5640 only instead I have asked for a refund of INR 16593/-. Further please note I have not even given my consent to proceed with the refund process they initiated the process on their own.
