MakeMyTrip India — MMT asked me to cancel the booking on the same day of the stay. Denied entry and no any further help

The booking was confirmed initially using MMT application for 3 days in Puri. We were 12 members and MMT asked me to cancel the booking and there was NO any further help provided by MMT. We were in trouble and had nowhere to stay. No any responsibility taken by MMT. We had to spent a lot of amount due to this issue.
