Mmt didnt resolve my problem with my hotel stay in mussorrie mmt assured hotel and didnt provide any resolution Didnt provide any refund as they have assured Mmt is a big lier Make my trip is lying about any resolution or money back they will provide within 60min Make my trip is a big lier Hello i m varun, i booked hotel in mussorie named mussorrie gateway with my family through make my trip. This is totally fraud company. I booked 2 premium club rm showing common amenities provided in each rm welcome drink on arrival, tea coffee maker in rm and heater in rm. On there site they shown hotel photos, room photos, these are common amenities shown on mmt website, Need kettle for getting boiled water for preparing baby, but there was no kettle in any rm on asking hotel they told they dont have, we also didnt bring ours as we have seen mmt assured hotel But neither hotel neither mmt provide any resolution within time Secondly they have shown heater in rms, On asking hotel and mmt very rudely replied cannot provide resolution, than what is mmt assured big lie, no resolution provided within our stay time 11nov 17 to 12 nov 17 old parents, babies shivering in cold no heater provided even than we told them we need heater as we have booked hotel seeing this on website of mmt, But neither resolution in mmt assured nor there promise stay is free if not resolved Make my trip 60 min assurance is big lie they are fraud I want my stay to be refunded as they have not provided any resolution mmt lier Varun Mob [protected] Was this information helpful?
