MakeMyTrip India — Mmt ICICI credit card amount not added in mmt wallet

It had been more than 8 months and every time I get the response that the amount had been credited to the email: [protected]@ymail.com and phone: [protected] linked to the card but I can't see the same in mmt wallet. Bank told me to reach the customer care but whenever I try calling customer care and enter the 6 digit card no then call gets disconnected. Please see to it and do the needful.
