This is Satya Prakash. I had been following up several time regarding zero cancellation charges and it has not been honored for my booking NF[protected].
The main issue is no proper response has been shared by customer care. While cancellation also there was no help supported and I was asked to check directly with airlines.
Now when everything has been done the cancellation fee and all sorts of deductions applied. Since MMT zero cancellation hasn't been honored due to Covid pandemic or any reason you should at least consider the refund of this facility. This is very frustrating to hear NO response from MMT.
