[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — mmtdoubleblack not working for me and I paid penalty for cancelling ticket

I am a MMTDoubleBlack member.
But when I tried cancelling one of my flight booking, I was asked to pay the cancellation penalty. Booking ID-
MakeMyTrip Booking : NF[protected]
When I saw there is a cancellation charge, I changed the date to a different date of travel(because anyways I had to pay the cancellation penalty).

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM MMTDOUBLEBLACK.
