MakeMyTrip India — Money deducted without refund

Booked an international travel ticket on 9-Aug-2022 through makemytrip.com. The site reported booking failed but an amount of ₹39, 558 was deducted from my bank account. There is no way I can speak to anyone in this company and have no idea when this amount will be refunded. Govt must hold this merchant answerable for keeping my funds for a long time. My MakeMyTrip Booking id - NN27T76Q2JDWITXN4465. The payment was made through google pay and the google pay transaction id is[protected] Kindly look into the issue, More important the Merchant MakeMytrip must provide a mechanism to resolve the issue.
