[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — money deduction. | |
My money got deducted on 19th september when i was booking a hotel and till now i do not get the refund. I contacted mmt customer care, they told me that the booking was failed due to some technical issues when i asked about my money they suggested me to contact to the bank. But the bank told me that they could not do anything as the payment was done using the upi of the mmt. Now whom to contact to get my money back?
